Burrowfolk

The Burrowfolk are the little characters that live at the heart of our studio. Each one is stitched by hand and dressed in a made-to-measure outfit, so no two are ever the same.

They arrive with their own quiet personality - sometimes playful, sometimes thoughtful - and once adopted, they aren’t repeated.

Pictured here is Mister Whiskers, the very first Burrowfolk I created. He was a gift for my husband on our wedding day, and he still reminds us why this adventure began.

Hand painted candles

Inspired by the flowers in our garden and the Wiltshire countryside beyond, I hand paint candles in small batches.

Whilst two candles may share a design, each carries its own unique imprint from the brush.

Commissions

We keep a short list open for commission work - from your own personal Burrowfolk doll, to hand-painted candles, to keepsakes made for life’s milestones.

Many of our commissions become treasured birthday or wedding gifts, sometimes even something entirely unique - like the ‘Love Doves’ pillow that carried our wedding rings.

We would be happy to discuss a commissioned piece with you.
